Abstract
Creative industries are not only a source of economic growth, but also a powerful tool for influencing culture, society and innovative development. They play an important role in preserving and popularizing cultural heritage, creating modern cultural products, developing global dialogue between different nations, which contributes to expanding opportunities for self-expression, supporting diversity, social change, and forming civic consciousness. With this approach, we are talking about the formation of a nation's cultural identity. The modern labor market requires specialists not only technical knowledge, but also creative thinking, adaptability, the ability to work in a team and mastering digital tools. Creative industries create new educational opportunities, contribute to the emergence of interdisciplinary specialties and the development of lifelong learning. The training of future specialists is becoming a key factor in the creative economy, which is based on knowledge, innovation and creativity. Therefore, modern educational programs must adapt to new market challenges, developing creative thinking, technical skills, and an entrepreneurial approach.
