Abstract

The article examines the transformation of public opinion (PO) regarding education in Ukraine under the influence of military aggression. The main emphasis is placed on the psychological conflict between the dominance of the security imperative and the need to maintain the academic quality of education. The role of PO as a critical tool for establishing effective dialogue with society, monitoring the security of the educational environment, assessing the effectiveness of distance learning, and the legitimacy of educational policy is examined.
