Abstract
The theoretical justification and development of the concept of the development of open science for scientific organizations was carried out using the best experience of Ukrainian and foreign scientific organizations and taking into account the peculiarities of the functioning of Ukrainian scientific organizations in the conditions of war and post-war reconstruction of the country. The content of the Concept consists of six main sections: general provisions; basic concepts; goal and objectives of implementing open science in a scientific organization; values and principles of open science; implementation of open science in a scientific organization; expected results of implementing the Concept. The implementation of the concept in the activities of scientific organizations will contribute to the implementation of the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Approval of the National Plan for Open Science” in Ukraine for the Period Until 2030” in implementing such main tasks as: ensuring open access to scientific results and scientific and technical information; ensuring open access to research infrastructure; creating conditions for effective work with scientific and technical information and research infrastructure objects that are available in the open access; popularization of science, dissemination of scientific knowledge and involvement of citizens in participation in scientific and scientific-technical activities; improvement of the system for assessing the quality of scientific and scientific-technical activities; raising the level of awareness and building competence on open science issues. Addressed to representatives of academic, scientific organizations and institutions, specialists of institutions that finance scientific research, the public, as well as public servants of various branches and levels of government that are responsible for scientific and scientific-technical activities in Ukraine.
