Abstract
The interim report (01.01.2024-31.12.2024) contains the main results of the first stage of the research “Development of digital competence of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers by means of open educational and scientific information systems”. The purpose of the study: to develop a methodology for the development of digital competence of researchers and scientific and pedagogical workers by means of open educational and scientific information systems. Tasks of the first stage of the research: 1. Identify the components of digital competence of research and teaching staff. 2. To develop criteria and indicators for the development of digital competence of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers. 3. To substantiate and develop a model for the development of digital competence of research and teaching staff using open educational and scientific information systems. The first stage of the study was implemented through an integrated approach that combined theoretical research, practical developments and active interaction with the scientific community.
