Abstract

The monograph "Resilience and Human Hardiness in the Modern World: Theory, Research, Practice" is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of resilience and hardiness as key personal characteristics that determine an individual's ability to adapt to crisis situations, overcome stress, and maintain effective functioning under conditions of instability. The theoretical foundations of these phenomena are examined, along with empirical research findings that reveal their underlying factors and mechanisms of development. The work also presents practical strategies that can be applied in professional practice, education, and crisis counselling. Particular attention is given to techniques for enhancing resilience and hardiness in the context of war and social upheaval.
