Abstract

The glossary in English contains a list of key concepts and their definitions related to the specific topic of developing the content of teacher training. The author's translation of the selected concepts into Ukrainian was made from authoritative encyclopaedic, reference and analytical publications of international organisations of global scale - UNESCO, OECD, EU, etc., as well as scientific works of leading experts from foreign countries. The glossary contains terms that best describe the process and results of designing, developing and implementing teacher education content in foreign countries. The glossary is addressed to teachers and students of higher and professional pre-higher education institutions of pedagogical profile, institutions of continuing pedagogical education, scientific institutions for use in the process of training and professional development of teaching staff in the field of Education; specialists in the field of educational policy to harmonise terminology in the process of preparing legislative and scientific and methodological support in the context of the internationalisation of higher education and the formation of the European research area.
