Abstract

The article presents the concept of an innovative educational platform aimed at enhancing the efficiency of professional training for learners in technical fields, particularly in mechanical engineering. It analyzes modern educational technologies integrated into learning processes and identifies the key elements of the model that ensure a comprehensive approach to the development of learners’ competencies. The main focus is on components such as educational content, interactive materials, simulations, virtual laboratories, adaptive learning, testing phases, mobile access, as well as mechanisms for fostering social and environmental values. The proposed model facilitates the development of individualized learning trajectories, ensures accessibility for individuals with special needs, and enables the use of analytical tools to monitor learners’ progress. The innovative approach is implemented through the use of gamification elements, national-patriotic education, and social responsibility. This approach not only forms professional knowledge and skills but also nurtures socially active and environmentally conscious professionals. The article explores the practical aspects of using the platform, including examples of applying the model in professional training programs in mechanical engineering. The developed platform scheme illustrates the interconnection between the model components, providing a comprehensive approach to integrating theory, practice, and assessment. It also contributes to the creation of a dynamic learning environment that adapts to the changing needs of learners and the demands of the modern labor market. This study may be useful for researchers, educators, methodologists, and educational technology developers seeking to implement digital innovations in the educational process. The proposed model has the potential to be adapted across various fields of professional training, making it a universal tool for modernizing education in academic institutions.
