Abstract

In the current conditions of information confrontation and hybrid war and armed aggression from Russia, the problem of media education and media literacy of the individual is becoming more and more relevant. The development of civil society, the implementation of new ideas, the formation and improvement of the system of value orientations largely depend on the civic activity of each person and his or her transformative activity, the effectiveness of which is determined not only by the presence of social requirements for the quality of work, but also by the civic position of the person.
