Abstract
The article analyses the possibilities of using artificial intelligence and immersive technologies to compensate for educational losses in Ukraine during the war. The most essential features of the concept of educational losses are revealed, which characterise the loss of opportunities for the comprehensive development of students, associated with the loss of knowledge and skills or deviations in the academic progress of a student. It is proved that compensation for educational losses requires an integrated approach, and the active use of digital tools in the educational process and the targeted development of digital literacy of students are priority areas of public policy in Ukraine. The article substantiates the relevance of using artificial intelligence and immersive technologies in times of war, which will ensure the continuity of the educational process and preserve the quality of education. The author describes the wide possibilities of artificial intelligence and immersive technologies for providing personalised learning, automating knowledge assessment and creating adaptive curricula, which can significantly improve the situation with educational losses and increase the efficiency of learning in educational institutions. In a time of war, the use of artificial intelligence and immersive technologies makes it possible to create an educational environment that allows for interactive learning. This is especially important in times of war, when traditional forms of education may be inaccessible or dangerous for the organisation and implementation of the educational process.
