Abstract
The report presents the results of a large-scale survey covering 17,031 respondents from all regions of Ukraine. The research is aimed at studying the state and prospects for the development of vocational and professional higher education in the context of modern challenges, including digital transformation, adaptation to martial law and crisis situations. The study analyses aspects of the organisation of the educational process, the introduction of digital technologies, the use of a personalised approach, and the introduction of innovative solutions within the framework of the Vocational Education 4.0 concept. The study helped to identify the level of accessibility of education in the context of air raids and power outages, assess the pace of learning and the level of digital technology integration. The results of the study point to key barriers to the digitalisation of education and identify prospects for overcoming them.
