Abstract
The article analyzes the national and foreign experience in the formation of professional competencies of bachelors in the field of information technology. Particular attention is paid to creative disciplines that contribute to the development of competencies, such as the application of knowledge in practical situations, generation of new ideas, search, processing, and analysis of information. Modern specialists in the field of information technology solve problems in conditions of complexity and uncertainty, which leads to the development of a high level of professional competence. This competence includes a prognostic aspect, which is a key characteristic of a personality, and is based on a system of prognostic knowledge, skills, abilities, and previous experience. The article is devoted to the problem of improving the quality of education in the field of information technology in the face of growing labor market demands. The article emphasizes the need to develop professional competencies in students who plan to work in this field. It is indicated that, in addition to technical knowledge, it is important to develop the ability of future professionals to think creatively and innovate. Training for a bachelor in the field of information technology requires creating conditions for the development of creative abilities and involving them in self-development, self-education, and innovation. The introduction of creative elements in the educational process contributes to the development of students in all aspects and forms their creative approach to professional activities. Academic disciplines with a creative focus in the training of IT specialists contribute to the development of various competencies, including the ability to apply knowledge in practice, creativity, and the ability to search for and analyze information. The study of domestic and foreign experience highlights different approaches to the formation of professional competencies of bachelors in the field of information technology.
