Abstract

The curriculum of the free-choice course "Artificial Intelligence in Education" by free choice of applicants for the second (master's) level of higher education for the 2023/24 academic year determines the place of the course in the system of professional training of specialists. The program contains the goal and objectives of studying the discipline, the role and significance of the discipline in ensuring that applicants for higher education master the system of necessary knowledge and skills. The program of the academic discipline contains the following topics. Topic 1. The essence, history of development and the role of artificial intelligence in education. Topic 2. The current state of development of artificial intelligence technologies in Ukraine. Topic 3. The potential of artificial intelligence in education. Topic 4. The practice of using artificial intelligence tools in the educational process. Tasks for independent work are provided. The course volume is 120 hours, which corresponds to 4.0 ECTS credits.
