Abstract

The article provides a detailed analysis of using the Microsoft Teams digital platform as a universal and multifunctional tool for organizing professional training of skilled workers in the machine-building industry. With its extensive capabilities, this platform not only ensures effective management of the educational process but also promotes interactivity, flexibility, and access to a wide range of educational resources. Its implementation in professional training enables the creation of a modern, innovative learning environment that meets current industrial demands, facilitating the effective development of essential professional competencies among workers. Microsoft Teams offers vast opportunities for organizing remote sessions, which are particularly relevant in the context of globalization and digital transformation. The platform allows for customizing the educational process to ensure group collaboration, integration of multimedia content, and detailed monitoring of learners’ performance. A significant advantage is the adaptability of educational materials to the individual needs of participants, fostering the creation of a flexible and personalized learning environment. Special attention in the article is given to how Microsoft Teams supports the development of key professional competencies, which are integral to modern professional activities. The platform's functional capabilities enable the combination of synchronous and asynchronous learning formats, significantly expanding the toolkit of the educational process. Microsoft Teams integrates traditional teaching methodologies with innovative digital tools, such as virtual whiteboards, automated tests, integration with other educational programs, and real-time collaboration. This allows workers to acquire new knowledge at a comfortable pace while receiving the necessary support from instructors and peers. The study's findings also highlight the importance of utilizing such platforms to enhance educational practices in professional training, particularly in the machine-building sector. The recommendations presented in the article will be valuable for educators aiming to effectively integrate digital technologies into their training programs, increasing their relevance and efficiency.
