Abstract

Project-based learning in vocational education serves as one of the most effective tools for developing professional competencies among learners, enhancing their readiness for rapid adaptation in the dynamically changing labor market. The article examines the role of project-based learning in fostering practical skills, critical thinking, independence, and collaboration. Special attention is given to the competency-based approach, which integrates theoretical knowledge with practical tasks, aligning with the modern demands of the European educational space. The authors analyze the application of innovative technologies that improve the learning process and enable the creation of personalized educational programs. The importance of intercultural competence for the professional integration of Ukrainian specialists into the international context is emphasized. Methodological approaches to implementing project-based learning in vocational education programs are also explored. In addition to analyzing current trends, the article provides recommendations for improving the preparation of learners. Perspectives on adapting project-based learning methods to build resilient competencies in specialists are discussed, focusing on their ability to work effectively in multicultural environments using creative and innovative approaches.
