Abstract

The article provides a theoretical overview of understanding the concept, content and levers of adaptation from different approaches. The analysis of scientific sources makes it possible to assert that the need for an individual to adapt to changes in the modern technological environment through the educational process is possible through adaptation in education. The importance of adaptation of participants in the educational process, in particular, teachers and students, is indicated. The concept of "adaptive educational system" is substantiated and attention is focused on a set of measures that to the greatest extent create favorable conditions for the adaptation of all participants involved in the educational process and ready for continuous development for the formation of an independent and confident personality. The stages of the adaptive educational system are determined and their essence is revealed. The interaction of the participants of the educational process in the adapted educational system is presented. The development of the digital industry and the importance of the process of digitalization of education, which must adapt to new challenges, are analyzed. The model of the adaptive educational system in the context of the introduction of digital technologies is characterized both from the position of the teacher and the student. It is emphasized that the level of adaptation of the student to the educational environment with the use of digital technologies directly depends on the level of adaptation of the teacher. Research has shown that the learning process using digital technologies allows you to focus all efforts on creating the best possible experience. An adaptive educational system has been demonstrated through the use of web systems as a means of introducing digital technologies into the learning process and diversifying the educational process. We have developed our own web system for studying informatics in institutions of general secondary education, which is a client-server web application and allows the teacher to pre-analyze the adaptation process holistically, provided that the teacher has the appropriate level of digital competence. Approbation of the developed web system was carried out and the process of adaptation by computer science teachers during advanced training courses was analyzed. The adaptability of the participants of the educational process was analyzed both in the usual conditions of the development of society and in the period of global challenges.
