Abstract

In the modern world, rapid changes caused by globalization and the digital revolution directly affect all aspects of social life, including the educational process. The concept of "Education 4.0" is based on the integration of the latest technologies, such as artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, virtual and augmented reality, as well as the need to develop critical thinking, creativity, communication skills and emotional intelligence in students. The competencies of the era of Education 4.0 differ from the traditional skills that were relevant in previous educational paradigms. In the modern world, such competencies as digital literacy, creativity, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, the ability to self-learn and adaptability to rapid change are of particular importance. This forms the basis for a new generation of specialists who can function effectively in an uncertain future. The Ukrainian education system is on the path of a major transformation, adapting the best global practices to national realities. One of the key stages is the introduction of digital technologies into the educational process and the development of digital skills among education seekers. Ukraine is gradually integrating elements of Education 4.0 into its programs, although this process is accompanied by certain challenges, such as insufficient funding, unequal access to technologies, and the need to improve the qualifications of teachers. Despite the challenges that accompany this process, the results already indicate a significant potential for the development of Ukrainian education to create a flexible, interactive, and innovative system.
