Abstract
The chapter is devoted to AR/VR/MR/XR technologies in learning, in particular their impact, opportunities, and risks. The methodology for assessing their impact on cognitive performance is described. Additionally, the psychological aspects of the use of these technologies are analyzed, including the reduction of the myocardial stress index in students in a virtual environment. The advantages of these innovations for creating adaptive learning that takes into account the individual needs of students and teachers are shown.
