Abstract
The purpose is to study the impact of modern educational technologies on the training of specialists in the vocational education system of Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to the integration of digital tools, the use of innovative pedagogical approaches and the development of effective educational strategies to improve the quality of vocational training. Methods: The research used methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization. Theoretical analysis of literary sources allowed to outline the leading trends in the implementation of educational innovations. The methodology of comparing traditional and modern approaches to learning was applied to determine their effectiveness and prospects for integrating new technologies into the educational process. Results: the study showed that the use of modern educational technologies, such as electronic learning platforms, interactive simulators and virtual laboratories, significantly increases the level of knowledge acquisition and the formation of professional competencies of education seekers. Digital tools contribute to the personalization of the educational process, increase the motivation and interest of education seekers in learning. Pedagogical approaches focused on the development of critical thinking, project work and teamwork have demonstrated high efficiency in training modern specialists. At the same time, certain challenges were identified, in particular the need to improve the digital competence of teachers and adapt educational strategies to the needs of the labor market. Conclusions: the introduction of modern educational technologies into vocational education in Ukraine is an important step towards improving the quality of specialist training. The use of digital tools, innovative pedagogical approaches and adaptive educational strategies contributes to the formation of competitive specialists who are able to meet the requirements of the modern labor market. For the further development of vocational education, it is necessary to implement teacher training programs, develop new teaching methodologies and ensure the availability of modern technologies for all participants in the educational process.
