Abstract
The methodological recommendations explore the design of a cloud-oriented educational environment with elements of artificial intelligence; examine the most appropriate ways to use AI tools and services in the process of developing teachers' digital competence; consider the process of using AI technologies by teachers in organizing inquiry-based learning to motivate students' educational and cognitive activities: challenges, threats, and prospects; identify forms and methods of using AI technologies for the professional development of teaching staff: didactic and psychophysiological aspects of inquiry-based learning; study the process of using AI tools and services from the European Open Science Cloud for the professional development of teaching staff; conduct bibliometric analysis of chatbot training research; provide recommendations for teachers on using Copilot and AI tools for creating electronic music; clarify the role of computer vision in the educational process and the functioning of educational institutions; and define ethical methodological approaches to the use of AI services in teachers' professional activities. For pedagogical, scientific, and academic staff, as well as students and postgraduate students of pedagogical educational institutions.
