Abstract
The article presents the results of research on the development and correctional and pedagogical work on the tempo-rhythmic and rhythmic-intonational aspects of speech in children with special speech needs. A new psycholinguistic-synergistic approach in special education, in particular in speech therapy, is outlined. An analysis of modern research on the topic is conducted and examples of nosologies (bradylalia, tachylalia, dysarthria, rhinolalia, alalia, stuttering) are given, which are accompanied by difficulties in the development of the tempo-rhythmic and rhythmic-intonational aspects of speech in children with special speech needs. Particular attention is paid to the relevance of the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in correctional work on the tempo-rhythmic and rhythmic-intonational aspects of speech. The development of ICT opens up new opportunities for correctional and pedagogical work since these technologies allow the integration of multimedia resources, interactive exercises, and specialized programs, which contributes to more effective development of children's speech skills. One of the key aspects of the use of ICT is the possibility of individualizing learning, which allows you to adapt correctional work to the specific needs of each child. The article also thoroughly examines the areas and stages of correctional work with children in this category, in particular, the main stages are highlighted: diagnostic (identification of difficulties and their causes), correctional (main), and control-generalization (final). Special emphasis is placed on the correctional stage, which is divided into two substages: preparatory (non-speech) and main (speech). The preparatory stage is aimed at taking into account the individual needs of the child, the development of his emotional-volitional and personal spheres, work on physiological and speech breathing, and the development of a sense of rhythm and tempo. The speaking stage involves working on coherent speech, reflected speech, forming simple and detailed answers to questions, as well as developing independent speech. Special attention is paid to working on emphasis, voice strength, and melodiousness of speech, in particular pauses, diction, timbre, and intonation, as well as improving pronunciation.
