Abstract

The article examines modern approaches to using online platforms and digital tools for the professional development of academic and teaching staff. The focus is on the benefits of such platforms, including accessibility, flexible learning, personalized educational processes, as well as opportunities for interactive collaboration and networking. Key challenges associated with the integration of digital technologies are outlined, along with proposed solutions. Particular attention is paid to practical tools utilized in educational environments and the prospects of integrating them into the professional development of educators.
