Abstract
The article analyzes critical aspects of e-learning among students in Ukrainian higher education institutions, emphasizing such key elements as standardization, accessibility, and equity within the context of global educational trends. The study was conducted using online questionnaires, which allowed gathering students' perspectives on their technical equipment, interaction with educational platforms, overall satisfaction with the e-learning process, and perceptions of equity in access to educational resources. The collected data showed that most respondents have access to personal computers and high-speed internet, which is a positive indicator for effective e-learning delivery. However, the results also revealed significant disparities in internet accessibility and quality, impacting students' learning experiences, particularly in less urbanized regions of Ukraine. The survey also demonstrated that the use of e-learning platforms is widespread among students, who reported a high level of satisfaction with the functionality and convenience of these systems. Nevertheless, some respondents expressed dissatisfaction due to technical issues and the lack of personal contact with instructors, highlighting the need for additional resources to support students and improve the platforms. Regarding equity in access to educational resources, half of the respondents stated that education is accessible to all students without restrictions. However, the other half pointed out problems such as insufficient access to technical tools and educational materials for socially vulnerable groups. This calls for attention from educational institutions and government bodies to develop policies ensuring fairer and more equal access to e-learning. Based on the findings, recommendations have been developed to strengthen infrastructure, expand technical support, and adapt teaching methods to create a more inclusive and effective educational environment. Such measures can help maximize the potential of e-learning and ensure equitable access to quality education for all students.
