Abstract

The curriculum of the course “Project Management and Fundraising in Education” for applicants for the second (master's) level of study of the educational and professional program “Higher Education Pedagogy. Andragogy” of the field of knowledge 01 ‘Education / Pedagogy’ of the specialty 011 ‘Educational, Pedagogical Sciences’ contains a general description, purpose, tasks and program material of the discipline. The purpose of teaching the discipline “Project Management and Fundraising in Education” is to theoretically and practically prepare future andragogues to organize project activities, manage projects in the educational sector, and find resources for their implementation. The main objectives of the discipline “Project Management and Fundraising in Education” are: to familiarize applicants with the categorical apparatus of project management and fundraising activities; to teach them to effectively apply modern project management tools and methods at all stages of the life cycle, including from the emergence of an idea to monitoring and evaluation of results; to provide applicants with practical experience in developing their own projects, including writing application forms and assessing project resources and risks for their successful implementation. The program material of the course includes two content modules. Content module 1: “Project management as a technology for managing the innovative development of an educational organization” includes the following topics: basics of project management in education; stages of the life cycle of an educational project; tools and technologies for managing educational projects; educational crowdsourcing as a project-based approach to solving educational problems. Content module 2: “Fundraising in Education” includes the following topics: the content of fundraising activities and forms of its support; crowdfunding and granting as tools for raising resources for educational initiatives. The course is 120 hours, which corresponds to 4.0 ECTS credits. Form of final control - exam.
