Abstract
The article deals with the content module on psychological and andragogical as-pects of theoretical and practical training of the blended learning supervisors in the pedagogical HEIs, developed for the training course «Implementation of blended learning in the pedagogical HEIs», implemented within the framework of the project (2022.01/0098) «Maximizing the effec-tiveness of blended learning resources in higher pedagogical education institutions during the War and Post-War recovery of Ukraine» with the grant support of the National Research Foundation of Ukraine. The article outlines the problematic issues of the impact of modern challenges, in particu-lar military operations, on the educational environment and the psychological state of participants in the blended learning educational process. Particular attention is paid to the content issues of the thematic module of the training course on the development of stress resistance and resilience of lecturers/teachers and students; the importance of psychological and andragogical knowledge of the blended learning supervisors in the pedagogical HEIs to ensure the ability not only to support themselves but also to assist students in difficult life situations. A specially developed set of video sessions to support mental health is outlined, which is an important tool for the blended learning supervisors in the pedagogical HEIs, providing them with the opportunity to master techniques of stabilization, stress management and psychological support for students, which is key to psycholog-ical support for participants in the educational process in the face of modern challenges. The au-thor emphasizes the expediency of presenting the content topics of the training course module in different formats (e.g. pdf materials, audio materials, presentation materials, video session sets, etc.), which is important for improving the effectiveness of training, as it takes into account the different styles of information assimilation by the participants of the training course.
