Abstract
The collection was compiled on the basis of materials from participants of the All-Ukrainian scientific and practical Internet conference with international participation, which took place on September 30, 2024. The event was co-organized by: the Department of Vocational Education Methods and Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Vocational Education of the State Educational Service "UMO" of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the International Academy of Applied Sciences in Lomza, the Educational and Methodological Center of Vocational Education in Donetsk Region, the Educational and Methodological Center of Vocational Education in Dnipropetrovsk Region. The topical issues of modern didactics were discussed in terms of studying educational trends and the latest trends in the labor market to improve scientific and methodological ways of developing the required competencies in specialists of the new formation, the formation and development of professional skills of qualified workers in the conditions of martial law and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. Scientific and expert reports are summarized, master classes and innovative pedagogical experience and best educational practices are presented. Scientifically verified prospects for the implementation of educational trends in the conditions of formal, non-formal and informal education, labor market requirements and requests for the formation of demanded competencies of specialists, priority areas of development of vocational education in the conditions of martial law and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, implementation of a competency-based approach in modern vocational education, professional retraining and advanced training of modern specialists, new trends in the development of professional skills of qualified workers, theory and methodology of modern didactic processes are presented.
