Abstract
The use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in education involves the processing, storage and transmission of information, the display of physical phenomena, chemical and biological processes in computer programs, electronic textbooks and presentations with interactive models, the design of digital environments, the formation of key competencies, cross-cutting skills, attitudes and skills in working with information systems. The student must not only have a certain idea of digital learning tools, but also have the appropriate information culture, ICT competence, because such technologies are actively used to ensure interaction in modern systems of open and distance learning. The use of ICT in the process of implementing school physical education provides additional computational, graphic, visualization and reference and information capabilities for qualitative change and intensification of the process of mastering general and partial methods of solving problems. Problem solving is carried out in interactive digital learning environments, the task of which is to study natural phenomena, master the fundamental laws of nature, concepts and theories, methods of scientific research, and acquire solution techniques using modeling components.
