Abstract

Some aspects of working with mental boundaries in psychotherapy have been studied. It is shown that in the practical work of a psychologist-psychotherapist, the border phenomenon is useful in developing a strategy of psychotherapeutic influence. It was determined that mental boundaries allow setting benchmarks and setting markers of the success of the work performed. It has been established that in the cognitive sphere, indicators of the adaptability of thinking can be a marker of the success of the work carried out.
