Abstract
Self-assessment of teachers' professional activities is a vital tool for enhancing pedagogical mastery in the context of education digitalization. It supports the analysis of individual performance, identification of strengths and weaknesses, professional development planning, and improvement of teaching methods. The use of modern tools such as electronic portfolios and online surveys expands opportunities for objective evaluation of educators' work. The article highlights key challenges, self-assessment methodologies, and prospects for developing teachers' professional culture in the modern educational environment.
