Abstract

The study explores the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in evaluating the professional activities of educators in educational institutions. The potential of AI to enhance assessment methods and provide feedback, as well as to automate data collection and analysis processes, is revealed. The sequence of creating an AI model for evaluating the professional activities of educators is presented, including goal setting, data collection and processing, training, testing, and model evaluation.
