Abstract
The digitalization of education necessitates the development of modern competencies among teachers to enhance the effectiveness and flexibility of the educational process. Core competencies include informational and digital, evaluative and analytical, innovative, reflective, and lifelong learning skills. Their implementation enables teachers to adapt to changes in a high-tech environment, integrate innovative approaches into education, and effectively engage with digital systems. The article examines practical aspects of fostering these competencies in the context of digital transformation in secondary schools.
