Abstract

The thesis presents the findings of a study highlighting the significance of continuous professional development in digital technologies for educators. The availability of modern equipment, regular training, and the integration of technology into curricula contribute to enhancing teachers' digital literacy. Moreover, the study reveals a direct correlation between the level of technological infrastructure in institutions and the digital skills of educators.
