Abstract

The digitalization of education fosters innovative approaches to evaluating teachers' professional activities. The "SELFIE for Teachers" system, introduced by the European Commission, enables teachers to self-assess their digital competencies, identify strengths and weaknesses, and plan further professional development. This free tool is based on the European Digital Competence Framework for Educators (DigCompEdu) and ensures user accessibility and convenience. The article explores the key aspects of the SELFIE system's functionality, its impact on teachers' professional growth, and the integration of innovations into the educational process.
