Abstract
The article explores modern electronic systems for monitoring and assessing the professional activities of pedagogical staff. The importance of such systems is increasing in the context of heightened demands for the quality of teaching and professional activities of teachers. Electronic systems like ExamSoft, Schoology, Teachscape, Kahoot, and Quizlet allow the application of objective, reliable, and transparent assessment methods. They enhance the effectiveness of the educational process, facilitate professional development of teachers, and provide detailed analytics for refining teaching methodologies. This creates conditions for a comprehensive approach to assessing pedagogical skills, enhancing the objectivity and accuracy of professional activity assessments.
