Abstract

The study examines the main trends of digital transformation, including automation, robotics, the development of remote employment and the gig economy. Particular attention is paid to changes in requirements for professional competencies, the need for retraining of employees and adaptation of the education system to new market needs. The study focuses on the role of public policy in stimulating the digital economy, supporting entrepreneurship and developing digital infrastructure. The proposed strategies are aimed at ensuring a balance between the use of new technologies and the preservation of social stability.
