Abstract
The article discusses the issue of evaluating the effectiveness of developing the digital educational environment. International approaches are singled out and criteria for the effectiveness of such an environment are described based on the attitude of the pedagogical community to the use of digital tools for the organisation of education. The impact of digital tools on the effectiveness of providing educational services is considered, and the attitude of the pedagogical community to the use of ICT is presented. The article analyses international practices and methods for assessing the effectiveness of utilising ICT in organising distance learning and supporting the educational environment. The criteria that were singled out were considered through the prism of meeting the needs of the target audience (students, teachers, administrators), content and compliance with educational programs, the sequence of ensuring the educational process, high-quality didactic, scientific and pedagogical support of the digital environment, etc. The peculiarities of the use of digital tools for the organization of education in modern conditions of martial law in Ukraine are highlighted, and the main problems faced by educational institutions in the organisation of distance learning in Ukraine are summarised. The purpose of the article is to analyse the approaches and identify the criteria for the effectiveness of the digital educational environment for the organisation of training, as well as to show the attitude of teachers to the use of ICT for distance learning, to determine the need for advanced training in the use of digital tools for the organisation of training. The practical significance of the research lies in the provision of proposals for the use of ICT in the educational process. Prospects for further research may include designing models of the digital environment, including improving teachers' qualifications and creating standards for evaluating the effectiveness of the digital educational environment for different levels of education.
