Abstract

The article considers the problem of creativity as a means of preserving and forming the mental health of primary school students in modern learning conditions. The concepts of "creativity", "creative process", "mental health" are defined. The factors that influence the development and formation of a creative personality are revealed. It is determined that creativity is an integral part of the educational process system, it is the basis for the successful formation of competencies. Therefore, an important task of teachers is to educate a creative personality, develop children's creative thinking. A modern school involves creating conditions for the creative development and self-realization of each individual, the formation of the need and ability of the individual for self-education.
