Abstract

The presentation reveals the characteristics of the digital culture of a scientific and pedagogical employee of a higher education institution, the factors influencing the development of digital competence, and the importance of the digital culture of a higher education teacher for increasing his professionalization and the effectiveness of professional and pedagogical activities.
