Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the dynamics of life tasks that are faced by an individual in the conditions of crisis situations caused by war. The article examines the theoretical aspects of the concept of "life tasks" in the context of the crisis, and also analyzes empirical data demonstrating how war conditions affect the structuring and prioritization of an individual's life tasks. The authors of the study analyze the impact of the war on rethinking life goals, changing priorities, and personal adaptation to new conditions of existence. The study covers a wide range of life tasks that arise in war conditions: from ensuring physical safety and maintaining basic needs to maintaining psychological stability and finding new meanings in life. In addition, the research reveals the main factors that a person considers as resourceful when solving these tasks, in particular, social support, internal motivation, beliefs, previous life experience, as well as access to material and non-material resources. At the same time, obstacles preventing the achievement of these life tasks are highlighted, such as constant stress, anxiety, uncertainty of the future, losses, as well as limited access to necessary resources. The results of the study show that in the conditions of war, a person goes through several stages of rethinking life tasks - from survival to recovery and further development. This includes revising priorities, forming new behavioral strategies, and finding new meanings. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the obtained results and conclusions can become the basis for the development of recommendations for psychologists, social workers and other professionals who work with people in war or other crisis situations, regarding support during the period of adaptation and development in new conditions.
