Abstract

The publication describes the problem of personalization and individualization of learning in general secondary education institutions, which is of great importance for optimizing the educational process at the third level of complete general secondary education, students' awareness of learning goals and productive ways to achieve them, teenagers' motivation for learning (learning-cognitive) activities, reduction/compensation of students' educational (learning) losses, creating of a psychologically comfortable atmosphere in the class
