Abstract

According to the "Education 4.0" concept, in the post-industrial society the trend of widespread use of information and communication technologies in the educational process of general secondary education institutions is stable and will persist in the long term regardless of the presence/absence of external global unpredictable factors. The publication describes the key issues in this direction, which are mandatory for teachers to master in the conditions of total digitalization of education.
