Abstract
The digital transformation is considered a complex process that encompasses not only technological renewal but also organizational, cultural, and social changes in the field of vocational education. The relevance of digital transformation in vocational education is substantiated, driven by the accelerated development of digital technologies and the increasing labor market demands for digital competencies of specialists. The role of the digital educational environment in the professional training of future specialists, which should facilitate quality learning in accordance with the needs of the digital economy, is highlighted. The significance of public-private partnerships in the digital transformation of vocational education is disclosed, emphasizing the role of private investments in digital technologies and expert support, which contributes to enhancing the efficiency of the educational process and optimizing educational programs. Various aspects of cooperation between state institutions and the private sector are analyzed, including stimulating innovation and ensuring the practical orientation of vocational education content. It is found that the integration of digital technologies into the educational process, namely, artificial intelligence and blockchain, ensures the objectivity and transparency of the assessment of students’ learning outcomes. The importance of involving the private sector in the creation and implementation of digital educational platforms, filled with interactive learning materials, online courses, video lessons, etc., providing open access to quality vocational education, is emphasized.
