Abstract

The educational program "Corporate education and training of a teacher of a higher school" was developed on the basis of systemic, competence, personal-activity and andragogic approaches in adult education and trends in the professionalization of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers, taking into account their individual requests, educational needs, as well as legislative and regulatory - legal requirements for professional development. The priority task is the theoretical and practical training of teachers for the development of corporate programs aimed at improving the quality of professional activity in the field of adult education, the development of professional competences, and the improvement of professional skills. The educational program is addressed to scientific, scientific-pedagogical, pedagogical workers, heads of educational institutions of all levels, students of post-graduate education institutions, teachers-andragogues of non-formal adult education institutions, representatives of public organizations, stakeholders.
