Abstract
The article examines the challenges and prospects of implementing distance learning in higher education institutions under martial law in Ukraine. Armed aggression has accelerated the informatization and digitalization of the educational system, introducing new challenges for educators and learners. The paper reviews the monitoring results of the educational process organization during 2022-2023 and highlights key adaptation trends in response to the current realities. Specifically, the article focuses on the increased use of asynchronous learning platforms, flexibility in task deadlines, psychological support for participants, and encouraging creativity and independent work among students. It also analyzes the impact of security conditions across different regions of the country and how these influence learning formats and the quality of educational services.
