Abstract

The collection presents the materials of the III All-Ukrainian scientific and practical Internet conference "Formation of a digital educational environment for the professional development of specialists in the conditions of an open university", which reveal the problems of exchanging experience in the formation of a digital educational environment in an open university of postgraduate education, searching for new ways to solve urgent problems of effective organization and support for the activities of managers and teachers in the context of digitalization of education.
