Abstract

The development of a chatbot for remote psychoprophylaxis and psychological assistance must take into account the specific requirements for its functionality. These include ensuring confidentiality with a high level of personal data protection, the ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion, the capability to assess the user's psychological state, and the provision of automated psychological support by informing users about effective self-help methods and directing them to specialized psychological centers, among other features.
