Abstract
The article examines in detail the introduction of mixed learning in professional (vocational-technical) education institutions, emphasizing the definition and application of various models for the training of highly qualified workers. The needs of teachers of professional education institutions in the implementation of mixed learning were determined and the opportunities that this form of learning provides for increasing the efficiency of the educational process were analyzed. Mixed learning models are considered: Flexible model (Flex Model): involves the adaptive movement of students between different forms of learning, such as self-study, online courses, and traditional classes. Rotational Model: involves rotating students between different learning activities, including group classes, individual counseling, and online learning. It was determined that the Rotation Model has several varieties: Rotation by stations: students move between educational stations, when every station has a certain task. Rotation by laboratories: involves alternating classes in educational laboratories, classes, workshops. Individual rotations: each student follows their own individual schedule of learning activities. À La Carte Model: Allows students to select individual online courses that complement their core curriculum. Enriched Virtual Model: combines online learning with occasional traditional classroom sessions. Self-Blend Model: Students self-select online courses to supplement their core curriculum. Flipped Classroom Model: Students learn new material at home through online resources, and in the classroom perform practical tasks under the guidance of a teacher. The advantages and disadvantages of each model, as well as their adaptation to professional education, are considered. Special attention is paid to the integration of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, which is important for the training of specialists in various fields. Modern information and communication technologies used in mixed learning and their impact on the effectiveness of the educational process were researched. The need to improve the qualifications of pedagogical workers so that they are ready for the ntroduction of new teaching methods and technologies is emphasized. The results of the research indicate that mixed learning can significantly improve the quality of training of workers in professional (vocational-technical) education institutions, if pedagogical workers have appropriate training in the use of modern educational technologies. This confirms the importance of professional development of teachers in all aspects of educational activities to ensure the effective implementation of mixed learning.
