Abstract

The primary goal of this professional development program is to, firstly, equip instructors with the knowledge and skills necessary to organize and deliver effective distance learning, including understanding didactic principles, utilizing ICT, and developing communication skills. Secondly, to foster instructors' readiness to provide tutoring and methodological support to learners in online environments. And thirdly, to create a community of practice for instructors-tutors to share experiences and best practices.
