Abstract

The primary goal of this professional development program is to equip learners with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to organize and deliver high-quality distance (or blended) learning. This includes: mastering contemporary methods and technologies for distance (or blended) learning (utilizing online platforms, interactive learning methods, assessment methods, etc.); developing skills in organizing and conducting distance courses (creating curricula, developing instructional materials, conducting online classes, providing student counseling and support); enhancing competence in the use of information and communication technologies (using computer programs, Internet resources, online tools for distance or blended learning); and fostering readiness to implement innovative methods and technologies for distance (or blended) learning (employing new approaches to organizing and delivering distance/blended learning, experimenting with new methods and technologies).
