Abstract
The article examines the theoretical and practical basis of building an author’s program for corrective and developmental work with preschool children with special speech needs. In particular, the model of the staged development of higher mental functions of a person by Lazaro and Beruzzo, the theory of the staged formation of mental actions by P. Halperin are analyzed. The purpose and main tasks of the author's Program are described. Logopsychoenergetic algorithms for corrective and developmental work with children with special speech needs have been developed. In particular, the specified algorithms for working with children with phonetic-phonemic, tempo-rhythmic aspects of speech and lexical-grammatical design of speech are presented.
