Abstract
The article is devoted to innovations in digital education of scientific and pedagogical workers of the Belotserk Institute of Continuing Professional Education of the State Institution of Higher Education "University of Education Management" of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine. The practical implementation of digital pedagogical technologies is a single educational digital ecosystem, which is available on the official website of the Institute and includes: LMS "Profosvita" (https://profosvita.org/, registered more than 8,000 participants), Microsoft Teams cloud service of the Office 365 platform (over 4,000 registered), the School of Pedagogical Coaching and its digital counterpart – the Virtual School of Pedagogical Coaching, the Consulting Center, the online consultation point "Newest Production Technologies", the information and analytical resource "Methodical Treasury", the online psychological support center "ReVita", the online school "Professional Didacticum", online studio "management as an art of management", online Academy of digital technologies, digital library of the Institute, digital training courses, digital program and methodological complexes, personal web resources of teachers, own website of the Institute (https:// binpo.com.ua/), own YouTube channel (https://t1p.de/six2k), Telegram channel (https://t.me/binpo_umo), virtual sections on the website of the Institute for Informal Education and Professional Development specialists. This makes it possible to increase the level of digital competence of scientific and pedagogical workers of the Institute and more effectively conduct classes with pedagogical workers of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions using digital technologies in both synchronous and asynchronous modes.
